LA PROFESORA SILVIA ELENA GONZÁLEZ Y SU DESBORDANTE PASIÓN POR LA EDUCACIÓN PARA LA PAZ

SILVIA ELENA GONZALEZ, A TEACHER WITH OVERFLOWING PASSION FOR THE PEACE EDUCATION PROGRAM

Esta profesora, apasionada por trasmitir a sus estudiantes la importancia de la paz en sus vidas y en su comunidad, ha trabajado incansablemente presentando el Programa de Educación para la Paz (PEP) a estudiantes, profesores y padres de familia de la Institución Educativa Técnica Comercial la Inmaculada del municipio de Campo de la Cruz, Atlántico.

Silvia es uno de las decenas de profesores que fueron capacitados por voluntarios de la Fundación TPRF para presentar los talleres del Programa de Educación para la Paz, bajo el convenio firmado entre la TPRF y la Gobernación del Atlántico.

This teacher, passionate about transmitting to her students the importance of peace in their lives and in their community, has worked tirelessly to introduce the Peace Education Program (PEP) to students, teachers and parents of the Institución Educativa Técnica Comercial la Inmaculada in Campo de la Cruz, Atlantico.

Silvia is one of the dozens of teachers who were trained by volunteers from the TPRF Foundation to present the workshops of the Peace Education Program, under the agreement signed between the TPRF and the Government of Atlantico.

Aquí la profesora Silvia en acción, presentando uno de los talleres del Programa. En lo que va transcurrido del año 140 niños se han beneficiado del PEP y de la lectura de libros educativos sobre el tema de la paz.

“Creo que con estas enseñanzas de Prem Rawat podemos transformar el mundo, porque desde que conocí su mensaje tengo otra visión de mi forma de vivir, espiritual y mentalmente”, dice Silvia sobre el PEP.

“I think the teachings of Prem Rawat can transform the world; ever since I understood his message I have another vision of my way of life spiritually and mentally.” says Silvia about the PEP.
