SENTIDOS COMENTARIOS DE DOS ASISTENTES AL PEP EN LA CÁRCEL BELLAVISTA DE MEDELLÍN

TOUCHING EXPRESIONS ABOUT THE PEP BY TWO INMATES AT THE BELLAVISTA PRISON IN MEDELLIN

EXPRESIÓN 1:

Aprendí a ver quién soy y me sorprendí. A descubrir la existencia para entender lo divino, para poder sentir la alegría, para no estar triste, ver el valor de lo simple para llenarnos de Conocimiento. Solo tenemos que ver y sentirnos vivos y libres, porque así nacimos y nada ni nadie nos puede quitar nuestra libertad ni nuestra paz interior:

Todos los seres humanos tenemos fuerzas descomunales: sabiduría, conocimiento, bondad y alegría, debemos compartir esos dones para cambiar el mundo, debemos llenar a los demás de ese océano de bondad, y no sentirnos desesperanzados para después estar aburridos, y esto se apodera de todo tanto en los jóvenes como en los adultos.

Todos tenemos paz en nuestro interior.

Para encontrar la paz debemos conocernos a nosotros mismos.

EXPRESIÓN 2:

La paz siempre comienza en cada uno de nosotros. Dar gracias por cada día que amanece. Siempre hacer las cosas con claridad, y alejarse de todo aquel que lo quiera llevar donde no haya paz, tranquilidad y amor hacia la vida, que es lo más lindo que tenemos cada uno. Por estar privados de la libertad no estamos muertos.

Gracias, gracias a la vida. Afuera vamos a estar vivos y habremos aprendido a vivir las cosas de lo hermoso que somos, no a la guerra, estamos expuestos a vivir poco, no lo tengamos más cercano. “Vida”, seamos claros positivos, no nos dejemos vencer, ni un paso atrás, siempre adelante, perdonemos, ahí está la “paz”, “paz”, “paz”…. La educación para la paz me enseñó a entender lo lindo que es la paz.

EXPRESSION 1:

We have learned to be able to see who we are and be surprised and discover the existence and understand the divine.To be able to feel joy, not to feel sadness, to see the value of the simple things and be filled with knowledge. We just have to have a set of eyes, feel alive and free because that is how we were born and nothing and nobody can take away our freedom and our inner peace:

All human beings have tremendous strenghts: wisdom, knowledge, kindness and joy, we must share those gifts in order to change the world, we must fill others with that ocean of goodness, without feeling hopeless and then be bored and this takes hold of everything both in young people and adults.

We all have peace within us.

In order to find peace first we must know ourselves.

EXPRESSION 2:

Peace always begins in each one of us. Be thankful for every new day . Always do things clearly, and stay away from anyone who wants to take things where there is no peace, tranquility or love towards life, which is the most beautiful thing we have.

We are deprived of freedom but we are not dead . Thank you, thanks to life, when we get out, we will be alive and we will have learned to appreciate how beautiful we are. "Life", let's be clear, positive, let's not feel defeated, let’s not take a step back, always moving on forward, let’s forgive, here is where peace lies: "peace", "peace", "peace" .... Peace Education taught me to understand how beautiful peace is. No more war!
